Mission

Our mission is to improve awareness and educate people on the importance of preventing, recognizing, reporting and treating concussions.  We are dedicated to providing strength and support to all affected by challenges of this invisible injury.

Vision

Westmoreland County Concussion Awareness Group will enhance the understanding of concussion and persistent post concussive symptoms amongst our athletes, coaches, schools, workplaces, communities, providing comfort and safety to those affected.

• Monthly in-person support group meetings (2nd Wednesday of the month)

• Virtual FACEBOOK support group community

• Guest speakers from local and national organizations & professionals in the field

• Community education opportunities for all ages

• Concussion education materials

• Information booths at local western Pennsylvania events
